Q Clinics Bristol to Offer CO2 Fractional Laser Skin Rejuvenation

Bristol, UK (PRWEB UK) 29 March 2012

Always at the forefront of new cosmetic, anti-ageing and medical skin treatments; Independent Doctor owned and led Q Clinics is now launching a radical new skin resurfacing technology, CO2 Fractional Laser.

Based in the Clifton area of Bristol, Q Clinics, already offer a wide range of skin treatments and are renowned for investing in the latest technology to offer their patients the most appropriate treatment and outstanding results. The clinic already offers IPL facial rejuvenation laser treatment and Pelleve radio-frequency treatment as well as a broad range of injectable and cosmetic treatments and specialist skincare regimes.

However, CO2 is seen as a very important addition to their offering. Dr Quinn explains: CO2 Fractional Laser can produce dramatic results after just one treatment.

We have selected the latest and most advanced CO2RE fractional O2 laser technology, which offers precise targeting and effective treatment of the skins surface, but also reaches the middle and deep dermal levels for long-lasting results.

CO2 fractional laser works by creating many tiny and highly precise holes in the surface of the skin, stimulating the skins own healing mechanism. The untreated skin accelerates collagen production and new cells.

The new collagen promotes skin tightening and a more even skin surface. As the treatment works by healing from within, results can be expected to progressively improve for at least 6 months after treatment; a time when traditional injectable treatments would often be wearing off.

Dr Quinn continues: As well as popular anti-ageing applications, reducing the appearance of lines and wrinkles, we have been particularly impressed with CO2 for treating difficult conditions such as acne scarring; improving elasticity and promoting an even skin tone, tackling pigmentation issues. Even rosacea, Hyperpigmentation and vitiligo can be improved quite dramatically.

CO2 fractional laser can be used alone, or else combined with other treatments for a more complete rejuvenation.

However, the technology is powerful and should be used by experienced professionals. Dr Quinn says: I definitely support calls for regulation of the laser industry. Lasers are extremely powerful and effective, but to protect patients safety, in my opinion, they should only be used in registered clinics where there is fully qualified medical supervision.

Q Clinics is the ONLY laser clinic of its kind in Bristol, being independent, Doctor owned and managed and registered with the Care Quality Commission, ensuring rigorous clinical standards of excellence.

Bristol cosmetic doctor, Dr John Quinn, has specialised in Medical Aesthetics since 2005 and has treated literally thousands of patients during his practice, building up extensive knowledge and experience.
